Open Minded: Willing to consider new ideas;unprejudiced 

Andrew Ryan: I am Andrew Ryan, and I'm here to ask you a question. Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow? 'No!' says the man in Washington, 'It belongs to the poor.' 'No!' says the man in the Vatican, 'It belongs to God.' 'No!' says the man in Moscow, 'It belongs to everyone.' I rejected those answers; instead, I chose something different. I chose the impossible. I chose... Rapture, a city where the artist would not fear the censor, where the scientist would not be bound by petty morality, Where the great would not be constrained by the small! And with the sweat of your brow, Rapture can become your city as well. 

Reflection: What this man is saying is giving people the chance to be free. He gives the opportunity to be openminded. no will be judged. all the ideas given will put to action. He choses a city called rapture where the people would not fear the censor! All scientists are not bound by petty morality . He is a man of wise wisdom as he opens the city to everyone. this is a prime example of how a open minded society should work. The fact he stated the city can be yours shows there is opportunities waiting every corner.The great will not be constrained! it all takes sweat from a hard working man. the city of paradise can be made! the way of being open minded can go to a whole another level! that is rapture!
