Self Evaluation

This course was well... a decent course to say the least. It did have it moments in this class and as well learn skills that actually helpful. I loved how we were getting into binary coding but disappointed at the same time because the course was too short and we didn't really get to putting the coding into actually action. The thing that impressed me the most was being able to create our own web site that is fully functional if done right and properly. If I had top grade this course as a whole i would give the first part a B because this class had more potential and much more to offer than it actually did. I would say to improve the class instead of doing the daily post I would jump right into the basics of coding right away and putting it to work in the field of some training that needs this type of coding. In all honestly I did not do my best. I was working at second rate pace and could of shown more promise but at last that was all up to me and my choice alone. I am committed to be a CTR person but in my own views never side with one but always make sure its the moral thing to do that benefits everyone not just faction or country.

People are commended to do things that they complain about. People will always complain.No matter what people will never be satisfied. People will have criticism for anything. This is the world we live in as a whole. People will never have anything better to say.

1.Become Genuinely Interested in Other People

In this world people will like you or keep interest in you if you do the same to them. People in this world are always keeping up withe there agenda. If you are not in that agenda then you are not a interest to them. To Keep friends now a days you have to show them that you care and you will drop whatever you doing just for them. This shows how much you care for them and then in the long run hope they do the same to you. If they do not do the same for you we a special word these type of people " Snakes". These snakes we avoid as much as we can. We do not need people that act like a snake and instead settle for a group of small people that will stay with us.  This is why we show interest to others. We do what we can to keep them by our sides till the end or when they pass away in a morbid but enough of they are our friends.

2.Smile

The fact a smile can make someones day even if you are not having a good one. The people in this world need to learn how to genuinely smile with others. Now a days people smile and there smile is a fake smile. You can see it in there eyes as they try to give you the smile and you cant help but fell bad for them. Even a fake smile can fool those around us and make them happy to see them smile. It just the way the world works people smile to not keep others from smiling.  Always try to smile to make other feel comfortable with you . Never try to make a person feel bad about themselves. actions will always speak louder than words and that is a fact! 

3. Remember Names

Remember names is something that people should do. Who knows maybe someday in the future someone will remember you when you have succeeded in life. A name is powerful and can bring fear or joy. People that don't remember names are people that don't succeeded. Remembering names is a key to building up a strong relationships with other people that will help grow you in the future.  Always remember names it can help you one day or save your life. Imagine something great you did but no one remember you. That would honestly suck and the feeling will so out whack. Always try the best to remember everyone names. Who knows even your name can be talked about if you leave a lasting impression.

4.Be a Good Listener: Encourage others to talk about themselves

Always be a good listener to others when the chance is given. Never be that type of person that will ignore others. Being a good listener has its perks. Like listening to what they have to say and remembering what they told you. This also shows that they like to share what they have to offer to us as a whole. But also to remember people always like to be self center most times even if they don't know it they just do it. If that is the case just remember that to be a good listener to them. Never ignore them and try to be helpful to them in any way. Let others express themselves and share what knowledge they have acquired. Always be the best at the skill that will help you in your life more than anything else. 

Rule 5: Talk in terms of the other man's interest.

The roads are many and different every time. People need first to study the man ways. People do not always know the road they are going through and it can end they way to a man's heart.  Every road will always end with a different result. The trick here that you must keep asking and asking what is important to them . No matter what you do keep asking and do not stop asking.  That is the way to a mans heart . Never doubt yourself and be high spirited to keep the vibe going. Then everything will be crystal clear. Always strive for greatness.

People like to be loved and that is a fact. They like to be loved in a way where it has meaning to it and where it doesn't have meaning at all.People will always try to love one another but without consequence. There will always be suffering involved, sadness, grief. There will always be happy times, moments to remember, and the moments you will love best. These are the moments that people stay around for. No matter what the case is the person will like each other still as a one.  This is what John Dewey knows best to do. Everyone will always strive to go for this no matter the case it may be. This a way to keep your peers love not any love love that comes with a meaning. 

Overall Reflection 

 The posts showing the six ways to make people will like you. These ways are something everyone should take the time to do once in a while. Everyone can applies to this in a way. Everyone can make someone fell comfort and important to them. People do it all the time in relationships. The fact this isn't new means there is no excuse to make yourself a better person. You have to make yourself a better person if you want to get somewhere in life and as well be able to talk to people with no problem. Like being a good listener is something everyone should always be doing. No matter what the case may be. Just start listening to one another. Try to always apply what the rules have to offer. Do the rules and the rules will do you good!

What a man this boy turned out to be and what heart he had. He had the will and courage to go on with his life. He lost his brother in an explosion and got third degree burns. He did not want to be a vegetable and irrelevant in the family so he did what he always wanted to do again. He started walking again and little by little he started to do other things. After the incident with the fire he sought out to become a doctor and becoming a Olympic runner. He did so int the end as Glenn ran in the 1932 Los Angeles and in the 1936 Berlin Olympics, as he had dreamed as a boy.  He won Silver in the 1500 meter race in Berlin. This is what is takes to have heart ladies and gentlemen. 

Ram Gone? Smarter Computers ?

Researchers at Hewlett-Packard have developed a working unit of a memory circuit that has existed in theory for 37 years, which could ultimately replace RAM and make computers more intelligent by tracking data it has retained.

The technology, called memristor, could allow computers to make decisions by understanding past patterns of data it has collected, similar to human brains collecting and understanding a series of events.

For example, a memristor circuit could be capable of telling a microwave the heating time for different food types based on the information it has collected over time, said Stanley Williams, senior fellow at HP.

A memristor circuit requires lower voltage and less time to turn on than competitive memory like DRAM and flash, Williams said. "Because it [uses] less voltage and less time, of course, it uses much less power," Williams said. Denser cells also allow memristor circuits to store more data than flash memory.

Through prototypes, HP is trying to show circuit designers what memristor is capable of doing. "What we have done is confirmed a concept for a new electronic device that was originally proposed nearly 40 years ago," Williams said.

Memristor is the fourth fundamental circuit element, joining the other three -- resistor, capacitor and inductor -- that had been known for 150 years, Williams said. The element has properties that cannot be duplicated by any combination of the other three elements, Williams said.

"It is as fundamental to electronic engineering as a chemical element is to chemistry or an electron is to physics," Williams said.

In a 1971 academic paper, Leon Chua, a mathematician and professor at the University of California at Berkeley, wrote that memristor would have properties similar to a synapse in a brain. The synapse makes connections between two neurons, and the more often a signal is sent to a synapse, the stronger the synapse gets.

Never go small on something just do not go small. Like the saying goes go big or go home is what we are getting at here. The fact if you want to become something in life you got to be big in life. This is what John R. Noe is here stating to us. This a attitude that most people should follow and try to imply in there in lives. Always try to take risks and be there on top when it pays off. The satisfaction of making it big because you did big plans will be something you never had experience. strive and look for the big picture ahead. Never make small plans. Those plans will not come out good as the big plans made by others before. 

2.Do What They Fear

Do what it takes to get something done. In the real world people always use in a way to get something out of it. It sad because this is the reality we live in the world. Like in this day and age people are afraid of standing up because they fear of losing there job. People will stay quiet and carry on because they know they wont be able to find another job. The corporations don't care about this. They have a mindset that any worker can be replace by another worker that wants the job. What the business doesn't not want is the people exposing them. They do not want there business to go out. working hard and lose everything in one fell swoop because they were using fear against there workers now they its karma that came back and did them in. This what they do with fear!

Be ready for any situation at any moment. This question is are you willing to prepare. Most people are not prepare to take time to prepare. This leads to many people dying . This shows that people are lazy and expect others to do the work for them. People need to know what are they are doing in life. They must become prepare to take on any challenge. This will show they are willing to prepare. We need more people to act like this to show that they are ready for anything and give a image to show to the younger generation. It is as is it stated there willing to risk failure. That is something people don't want to go through it. Most people want to succeed and not look down upon because they had failed on something. This goes to show these people do not want to learn from there experience and get it on the first try. Big named people never succeed on there first try. Walt Disney for example was rejected for the fact his drawings were not creative and lame. He kept on going though and did by learning how to fail! Its like the saying goes go big or go home that's the motto most people should know. No one gets in life without failing at something at first and then improving later on it. Things that we learn what are they? Of course they are skills that we may or may not need for the path chosen. Also they fact these are skills mean they are teachable. These things we ask and want to know are teachable. Most people know are to learn things but can they teach you as well. People are need to know how teach things that are teachable. Everything is almost teachable as far human understanding. teachers of course teach us and makes then later on teach to little siblings or nephews. We are the future we are we determine the next step for Society. Teachable is what makes do what we know.

6.Have Heart

Everyone has heart but it is how that heart is use that makes them a high achiever. Everyone knows what people can do and cannot do. People must break those boundaries and be able to go forth. The heart that they gain and shaped through life will make them how they are in the end. Having heart needs to be strong, thoughtful, and determine to finish. People always start things that they cannot finish and that is a shame because they had so much potential. Having a heart can also mean it can be anything. They can do what they feel is right to them. People must understand that not everyone can come out on top with a strong heart on there own. The only way that is possible if the form some type hatred or are determine to do something in life no matter the cost.

Overall Reflection 

The six attitudes are something that every person should look at it once and think about its meaning. Make no small plans is something that everyone should always keep in mind if they want to be know or heard of. At least keep appropriate and don't go doing something crazy like Miley Cyrus at the VMA's when she did that act of nature. Point is the six attitudes will help out everyone in a way that they will view it. I think the most important here on the list is willing to risk failure. That is the most important one because if you expect to do good on everything and want everything perfect the moment you fail that is it you will be done. You will not be able to pick yourself up again. That is why there should be no fear of failing at something in life. There will always be more opportunities to come and catch. I know that i will use these six attitudes in my life at some point. These will forever stay with me as a lesson that will be self taught.

P: To be grateful is not that hard to do. It could be simple as caring for someone when they are sick or giving some help in any sort of way. If not can be grateful take charge and be that grateful person. Its a gift to find someone thats grateful and always there for you. Never be afraid to say thanks to that one person that's always been grateful to you.

Be true is a trait that is hard to find now a days . It is a trait that everyone looks for in a person. It show that the person knows what he is capable of. The fact the most people are not truthful is the reason there is trust issues in this world. Everyone who is true is the person that most likely to be chosen. It shows they are dedicated to whatever they are doing. Its good to be true to everyone around you. Most people would have the truth to them than a lie. this good and then you can be trusted with anything. Always be truthful to the end with the principles given.

Being positive is something that everyone should be doing. Its not a matter of forcing yourself but always believing that things will get better. 7. Be Humble 

To be humble is a trait that everyone should have. Humble a bow is a saying that people should follow. This will do them good in life as they will gain respect from others. The fact your are humble to others is the reason you will get connection. These connections will get you into to places that normal other wise would not be able to. Always try to be humble with others. This will lay the foundation to a trust that person and see how they are. if you are not humble things will get ugly really quick and it just horrible to go through that route. Never ever disrespect someone because that is not being humbled at all. Be humble and the path to connections will open up to you.

To be still is like an act of survival or it can waiting in line for something or it can something as just staying still. The fact that people do this shows respect. This is respect for the people that chose to something over something bigger. These people are known to be still people.the fact the that they do this is amazing and i give my respect to them.People should be like this. The more people that act like the more respect they will get. Everyone should follow how sandy did it the former pitcher of the LA dodgers. He did the right thing and honor his religion.  These nine ways the Gordon talked about were something alright. it made me think in ways different ways overall. I got different points on life and see life differently than I usually did. What some the things that Gordon had something are pretty accurate. Most people do not follow these steps and tend to be say.... behind in terms of values. This is overall was a great experience that showed different ways to interpret life as we know it.
